I took John Cunningham's Interviewing class a few years and found the role of interviewer to be a sinch. Who knew I would be challenged beyond belief by a 16 year old kid interviewing for a bagger job at HEB?
Here's how it went down...
I'm asking him a few questions and he has no work experience which definately limits my question pool...so I decide on the fly to old strengths/weakness question.
Me: "So what would you say is your biggest strength?"
Him: "uhh. pause. awkward pause. My arms."
I almost lost it completely! Are you kidding me? After this went down I had to interview an ex-clown.
I guess my Baylor education didn't prepare me for this!
